Internet Grant Application Form

Purpose:To help foster start up technology ventures by offering free internet services for up to six months.

Eligibility:Venture must be less than one year old, have less than $250,000.00 in annual revenues and headquartered in Cleveland or Columbus Ohio.

Grant Description:
1 T1 of Internet Access (1.54Mb).
Free Pre-Configured Cisco Router.
/29 Public IP Addresses (5 usable).

Must be submitted by 6/30/2010
